What if I received a defective item or my order is wrong?
Defective Items or Wrong Items Sent: If the item you receive is defective and a replacement is available, you may return it for an exchange. The exchange will be shipped only after the defective item is returned. Return shipping fees will not be refunded. Exchange item will be shipped out at no charge. No restocking fee will apply for defective items or wrong items shipped. If a replacement item is not available you may return the item. You will be refunded the full cost of the item only. What is your return policy?
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. If the return is processed after 30 days, no refunds will be made. Items must be in resellable condition and in the original packaging. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY FOR ALL RETURNS. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Normally we ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. But due to the extreme popularity of our product, on rare occasions we may fall into a back order situation. When we are in a back order situation, it may take 7 - 10 business days to ship your order. As I said, this rarely happens. But if it does, we will notify you of the situation, and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order if you wish to do so.

We accept money orders, checks, credit cards and Paypal from buyers with a confirmed Paypal account. Please contact us within 3 days of purchase with your anticipated method of payment. Payment must be received within 10 days of purchase. We ship within 24 to 36 hrs. of cleared payment and use UPS Ground.

100% Satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 7 days in the same condition as when shipped and we will usually refund 100% of your purchase price.( A 20% restocking fee applies in rare circumstances.)
